Myths and Misconceptions about Binge Eating – An Account Of A Work At Home Mum Whose Quest To Cure Binge Eating Made Some Wonderful Revelations And Shared That Inside This Book.

Due to the nature of what I do that need lots of attention to details and brain work, I just need to have something in my mouth every time just to fill a kind of emptiness that comes with sitting and working for hours all alone.

At first, that habit doesn’t look like a bad one but as time goes on, I couldn’t stop craving for eating something almost every minute while working. I had to talk to a friend who is a nutritionist and wellness coach before I got to know what is called Binge Eating.
