She examined the heavens, the hundreds, the thousands of stars that shined bright and clear above her. She recognized the Big and Little Dippers, and Orion with his easily recognizable belt. But that was pretty much the extent of her knowledge of constellations. But it was enough. More than enough, because it was the brightness of the stars, so intoxicating in their intensity, that mattered.

His eyes sparkled, his smile revealing two rows of perfect teeth. He lowered himself in the water so that she could only see his face over the curves of her breasts.
“Lie back,” he said. “Close your eyes. And feel. Just feel.”
She lowered her head until the water once again took hold of it, cradled it in weightless buoyancy. She took in the light of the stars once again, letting it fill her soul before she closed her eyes. All was still save for the sound of the nearby river and the chirruping of frogs.
She floated, so still she may as well have been floating in space.
There was a slight fluttering between her legs, as if a butterfly had landed there. But she knew it wasn’t a butterfly.
She breathed in. Out.
It wasn’t a butterfly. It was Enrique’s fingers pushing lightly on the upper reaches of her inner thighs, encouraging them to part. With just the slightest effort, Jane spread her legs a bit more.
Now another butterfly that wasn’t a butterfly. Enrique’s tongue tentatively fluttered against her outer folds. A shiver ran through Jane’s body.
She spread her legs more, and Enrique’s tongue accepted her invitation, delving deeper into her while his lips pressed against her...
