After illustrating the problem of Nestlè's impact on the local community in Lahore, the stakeholder typology of Mitchell, Agle & Wood (1997) will be used as an example to evaluate under which premises stakeholder theory becomes an ethical theory, before applying the ethically modified typology on the case.
