What is this book about and why should you read it? As the title suggests, it is a new way of looking at the weight loss process. For so long we have been taught to count calories and cut on the fat or do sit ups to lose belly fat. Well that unfortunately hasn't worked well, so in this book I give you a new perspective of the weight loss process - I tell you how and I explain why. And although I do touch on the human physiology aspect of the weight loss process,I have simplified it to such level, that everyone can understand it.
And that is the best thing about this book - it is easy to read, easy to understand and most of all, it is an actual weight loss guide. It is as though I took your hand and walked you from point A to point B, all the way through to the finish line. For the price of a cup of coffee you will learn something useful and ultimately might change your life, so what have you got to lose...other than some extra weight :)
