Have you ever wanted to be alone, truly all by yourself? Timothy Hayden felt that way. A young man, just 21, only a year ago he lost his father Alexander to a drunken driver. Since then he has watched his mother Martha pull away from her beliefs and cling to her two children. Timothy has watched his carefree sister Ashley become more quiet and introverted. While his keen intellect and logical sense tells him they have not truly adapted it is they whom question his adaptation.

Timothy feels he has dealt with the life fate has handed him and that everyone else including his girlfriend, Christine is projecting their issues onto him. His shaded bedroom high above the gold cost of Chicago is not far enough away from their distractions.

Timothy goes to bed wishing to be free and awakens in a world void of all life. Now Timothy must not only unravel the mystery of a world without another live soul, but the haunting visions and thoughts being forced upon him. As his journey begins, he thinks back to what his sister told him the night before everything began.

“When you’re all alone and the only voice you can hear is your own, you find out the truth about yourself.”
