The United States is under full Government control, the entire population is put under one structure. Everything that the American population does, the Government knows about it. To the American citizens there is nothing that they can hide from the watching eye of the Government. Zack Helenkopf is a fifteen year old, who has no choice but to follow the rules and regulations of the system that controls his every waking moment. The only free part of him, is the thoughts inside of his head. When he meets a girl from England, his entire world turns upside down and there is nothing he can do but to accept and embrace it.
