Organizational change is very prevalent and is occurring at a rapid pace. Almost all organizations are changing in one way or another in order to survive. Inevitably, those that fail to adapt fail to survive. Research has shown that the tendency for organizational change to occur is not limited to organizations in North America. Change is occurring rapidly in organizations of all nations throughout the world.
