In the year 2000 the life of A.R. Dent changed. From rooster to feather duster and life became hell. The path to recovery became the battle ground. The lessons learnt of life and recovery from trauma are told here with a little humour. Poetry instead of a list of instructions. Post Traumatic Stress is treatable without drugs but it needs a different attitude to life if you are to be a survivor.
There is no magic formula in the recovery from trauma. Many psychologists disagreed but their attempts only confused the issues. Yes, there was one Psychologist who still suffered from Post Traumatic Stress and only he came close to knowing what was in my mind. Most psychologists have never experienced losing everything and sit in the gutter on Skid Row. I found out the work I did in the years before the trauma, as a Natural Therapist and the Left/Right Brain work I did, before I hit the wall became invaluable in my private recovery plan.
Because each person is their own fingerprints, my plan is not necessarily your plan but there is one major important factor you need to consider; it is up to the individual to take responsibility for their own healing. This concept and other concepts are written in a code, in cryptic language in poetry and short story form in this eBook so that as you experience the difference the changes become yours. It is similar to writing from Myth. The Hero (which is you) has to overcome the inner demon to overcome the world (which was the trauma). Find a catalyst within this book to overcome trauma and be a survivor.
