For Jin and Joey, life seems simple. They look no different than any other teenage couple to outsiders. But the truth is they have power. Joey can control fire. Jin can shape shift. And from making wrong decisions in the past, Joey is crumbling as Jin is doing everything in her power to pull him out of a depression. Certainly for the two of them things are not how they used to be.

Then came the crash. On one cold snowy night, they accidentally hit a girl in the road. It is at this moment when Joey helps her to discover something new. He discovers pride from doing and good deed. With similar actions it becomes fame. Joey rises to the top the world as a hero, leaving Jin behind. But something is very wrong. Those with powers are falling into a coma across the nation at this very time, and Joey is looking sicker with every day that passes. And that girl, who seemed so innocent on the road that night, is soon at his side rather than Jin.

Being a hero, is not one of Jin's strongest traits. She just happens to have powers and wishes to have a normal life. But she may be the only one able to step up to mantle to save her friends, and Joey before he loses himself entirely.
