A man may be sick at the point of giving his life to Jesus, but it does not mean that after giving his life to Jesus that his sickness would automatically disappear. The bible says:

They are not physical money or properties or achievements or assets that you and I can see. They are spiritual blessings. So how do we convert these spiritual blessings to physical and tangible blessings you and I can see and touch? The answer is through the power of prayer.

Now also note that, since the blessings are spiritual, there are some spiritual forces that are anti-God; anti-You; and anti-Prosperity that will attempt to keep those blessings from coming to you and being made manifest here on earth. In some cases, these spiritual forces keep those blessings in their custody by manipulating the affairs of your life against you.
