Suffering from crippling boredom, Sam Wright finds himself obsessed with Madchen, lead singer of Hidden Agenda and daughter of Scarlet Keller, an otherworldly woman with a dark history. Scarlet employs the services of fertility specialist Dominic Stanton to exact a plan for retribution on humanity: to bring about the rise of her forgotten and scorned species. While Hidden Agenda lure as many teenage victims as possible, Scarlet uses her inhuman ability to charm anyone she pleases and convinces Dominic his dream of creating the perfect child can only be realised with her help. Meanwhile, Scarlet's abandoned daughter Rose must find a way to stop her mother exacting her revenge, all while trying to rescue Sam from Madchen's clutches, and from being caught up in Scarlet's twisted scheme.
