It is said that after the banishment of Lord Mahabli to Patallok, and demise of the Demon king Ravana by Lord Rama. The Asuras lost their domination over humans. But it was unbearable for the Demons’ mentor Bhairavnath. When he noticed that a capable scion of King Bali, has taken over the throne as the Demon king, Bhairavnath played such a machinations due to which the Demon King Markesh,( the scion of Lord MahaBali ) turned against the entire human race. Thereafter, four fierce warriors – Akhand, Tejasvi, Suryam and Yugandhar – took over the responsibility to destroy him. The spirit of vengeance were present equally in both Tejasvi and Markesh. Markesh wanted to avenge his wife’s death, who was actually a human lady. And Tejasvi’s weapons were eager to blow off Markeshs's head to avenge his close ones. These flames of vengeance lead to the five days war among humans, demons and nagas.
Who wins in the end? Will good triumph over evil?
As the title describes, 'Demise of the Demon King', any one could conclude that Demon King Markesh will die at last. But that's not the end of the story.
The actual story starts from here. After the demise of Markesh, Tejasvi get to know that, Markesh was actually a great warrior, who fought for Dharma in his past, and helped his ancestors to defeat the Demon Lord 'Durbheeksh', who turned as a disaster for mankind in past.
A twist will take place in this fictional story, when some real mythological characters will enter in this epic. After the return of the Demon Lord Durbheeksh, three fierce warriors will rise to face him, 'Meghvarna', 'Chandraketu' and the prince of Hastinapur 'Sarvdaman'. Sarvdaman is the son of King Dushyant and Shankuntla ( daughter of Sage Vishwamitra ). This Sarvdaman is actually King 'Bharat' (about whom it is said that, he often grabs the neck of a lion to count his teeth, when he was just nine years old ) on whose name our India was named 'Bharatvarsh'.
And he is only the King Bharat whose scions were called 'Bharatvanshis' or 'Kuruvanshis' among whom the epic battle 'Mahabharta' was fought.
