My normal, happy, awake life was ripped away when stroke abruptly claimed my mother’s life. I battled chronic anxiety and multiple illnesses but never backed down. My education expanded each time I sought wellness, be it for the mind, body, or soul. I earned my health coach and yoga certification as a result of my unrelenting research. For six years, I studied, grew, and fought. Ultimately, I became well, balanced, and more vibrant than I ever imagined. I was reawakened. I found my happiest, highest calling and best life.

The second part of this book contains my most effective practices and methods for a rich and healthy life: mind, body, and soul.
