Are you bored with the same basic church doctrine you have heard over and over again? Do you yearn for a closer walk with God? Do you want more insight about the hidden spirit world that is all around us? There is so much more knowledge in God’s word about the spirit realm than is heard in most church pulpits. Did you know that multiple thousands of angels, both good and bad, are around us all the time? They can see us but we can’t see them. The good angels work for God, our Creator, to protect us and make sure that the bad angels do not go beyond what God allows. For the Lord puts restrictions on what Satan, the prince/ruler of this world (Matthew 4:8-10, John 14:30) can do (Job 1:6-12, Luke 22:31). However, no matter what race, color, age, religion, or gender we humans may be, we are all divided into two groups. That is those who love and serve God, through Jesus Christ, and those who don’t. “For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself as a ransom for all men...” (1 Timothy 2:5-6 NIV. Also, see John 1:12-13)!

Satan can’t kick us around and manipulate us when we are serious about obeying the Lord and serving Him. For we have turned away from the rebellious life we used to live (Ephesians 2:2-3) and it makes Satan angry that he can’t control us as he used to. For God uses His angels to protect us (Psalm 91:9-16). But the Lord still allows the devil to tempt us to sin. For unless our commitment to Christ is tested, often severely, there is no proof of a changed heart. And the devil cannot hurt us unless God allows it for our testing (James 1:12-16). Therefore, since Satan can’t attack us directly when we are close to God, he tries another strategy. He tries to make us turn away from the Lord. He finds ways of getting us to blame God for the painful things that happen to us. Satan causes the problem, but Christians so often fall into his trap and blame the Lord. The further we fall away from Christ, the deeper we get into the darkness and the less aware we are of the dangers around us. And we forget how much God really loves us (Isaiah 49:13-16, John 3:16-17) and how much we need Him.

Chapter One is “Understanding The Spirit World.” It goes into detail about the world we cannot see, and the dangers of trying to contact God without going through Christ. Chapter Two is “Satan’s Strategy Behind Racial Tensions.” It delves into the history of how we humans fell so far away from God that we became idol worshipers, all serving different demons (fallen angels). Satan, who controls this world system, appointed powerful demons to control various countries. They have other demons working under them, as with a human army. They battle each other but only we humans are hurt through the anger they incite. They are already dead, so they don’t bleed as we do.

“There’s A Snake In The Orchard” is Chapter Three. It gives a brief outline of how we humans came into being through the breath of God the Son in His preincarnate state. And how that breath was an eternal fire that gave us life and the ability to procreate just as fire can increase itself without diminishing the original flame. “For our God is a consuming fire” (Hebrews 12:29 KJV). Because the fire is eternal it cannot cease to exist, but does not need to remain in our human bodies. Chapter Four is “Halloween, Druids And Demons.” It provides the evil history behind this popular yearly celebration. It talks about the human sacrifice and demon worship behind it. Chapter Five is “Spiritual Deception In The Last Days.” It discusses Satan’s last days strategy to use false prophets, new age strategies, and modern technology to brainwash the church. And how those who want to serve Christ are led astray by preachers who portray a false impression of righteousness, “having a form of godliness but denying its Power...” (2 Timothy 3:5 NIV). That is the Power of the Holy Spirit.
