Royal Visitors is not a traditional Fairy Tale. A story written in rhyme, where two princesses travel to spend some time with their elders.
Upon arrival and on the surface, everything appears to be quite normal.
Some of the daily activities include:
• An old family traditional pancake breakfast (recipe included).
• A trip to see a live play where a very disappointed granddaughter was not chosen to be the princess.
• Not to be left out, a trip to the beach to make sand castles.
The story takes a turn, when the grandfather is asked to watch his granddaughter on the last day of the visit. She is then enrolled in an advanced gardening class. She soon realizes, she is not the only royalty in the garden. The hero of the story is revealed toward the end of the story. The granddaughter has to come to terms with something that she has feared for years. Her grandfather makes her see no matter how little you are, you can still make a huge difference in the world.
