“The Holocaust must be remembered so it will never happen again.
A Genecaust must be anticipated so it will never happen.”
E L Russell
The short story of Sarah and Hagar is a tale of caution. The story is based in part on the Old Testament of the Bible and modern genomics. There are several variations of this story depending which good book you read. I have labeled it as Science Fiction partly in prayer, hoping it remains so.
I have done extensive research in epigenomics, genomics, and the future of molecular biology including quantum physics for my other five novels. The real possibility of a Genecaust scares me.
In this short story we learn a little about how a small proof-of-concept Genecaust might be used to justify the introduction of one on a planet-wide scale.
I usually wish the reader well and hope they enjoy the story, but I have second thoughts about anyone who finds enjoyment in this warning.
Good luck!
