If it is not natural, it is not healthy! If your poop stinks, and if it sinks, then it is not natural. It indicates you are unhealthy. I know many people will not agree. You may say "I feel fine. I have no health challenges. My poop smells and sinks to the bottom of the toilet." In all sincerity, you may not have health challenging symptoms yet, but the mere fact that your poop sinks, and stinks, is an early warning that you are in trouble. You cannot be healthy if your elimination habits are not healthy. You should have a healthy short visit to the porcelain potty after each meal. That bowel movement should take no longer to complete than emptying your bladder. The bowel should be well-formed in length, and diameter. Like Jell-O coming out of a Jell-O mold, you should have a good idea at what the inside of your colon looks like. The color, the texture, the shape, diameter, and length would be all indicative of the health of your colon. The elongated fecal matter should float and have no offensive odor to it. When you wipe, there should be hardly any poop on the paper. This is what I call "clean poop.”
