In “Secrets of Mary and the Trainbabies”, we follow my grandparents lives from the point they met in America, through their bitter sweet trip back to their homeland, Poland. The story carries through my mother’s life, secrets she carried with her whole life, Mary’s life through the war, but we also follow my grandfather and the fictionalized lives of several other families and an Austrian WWI hero through the war.
