Ditto the short description. The commentary suggests that gestation of children be shortened by a month or two to ease the troubles of delivery. Religious themes are touched on here and there, essentially from the biblical tradition. My views are eclectic and so guaranteed to piss off all parties on the major topics of life. You must go where the evidence and/or truth leads you. The life of the eclectic is fraught with difficulties. You just do not fit in anywhere and spend your life dodging labels others wish to impress upon you. We read to affirm our opinions. We also read to spy out the opposition and to refute them. both can be satisfying. Men may have more fun booing a bad performance than hearing a good one. Such is the perversity of life!

The second edition reverses my view on a mystical empathetic union between man and wife. I no longer deem this healthy and in the best interest of the marriage. The original idea is in the last poem of this work. I have not modified the poem but left it as a record of my original views.
