This is the story of a man who had it all.  Yet, in mere minutes his idyllic life was shattered beyond repair.  A horse riding accident left him with a traumatic brain injury (TBI), which triggered a debilitating mental illness and an unbelievable journey.

The book provides the reader with a front row seat to the accident, the people affected and the aftermath.  The author pulls back the veil and allows the reader to view an incredible journey of amazing twists and turns, heartbreak, struggle and healing. The reader becomes an insider to a thirty-year marriage as well as the crushing destruction of a family.  They are witness to each major event of the aftermath of the accident and their dramatic consequences.

Shattered is a compelling story combined with a path for all seeking hope and survival.
