Cameras can be fascinating, or frightening. In our modern society, we see them as artistic tools which capture and express moments of time. But cameras can also be mysterious, capturing things beyond our field of vision, faithfully revealing the world around us...even if we don't want to see it.

"Shudderbugs" is a duet of horror stories, captured by the lens.

"Picture This" is a diary of a young girl's entrance into photography. She learns there are things we can't always see, and maybe it's better if we don't.

"Say Cheese" tells the story of another young photographer, frightened beyond her ability to express, who appears in a hospital emergency room. The attending physician is trying to make heads or tails of her story, but there's something she's missing.

There's a reason cameras are used to try and capture ghosts. There's also a reason some cultures fear cameras.

Maybe we should too.
