Every human being builds up stress during his/her life. Sometimes this results in a traumatic experience which does not end well. This book contains insights in how stress is being build up, how the process of stress build up is working and what will happen if you release it. We will show you a simple, fast and incredibly effective way to do it. In fact you only need to do Two Exercises during Two Minutes to bring your body to Release its Stress. The exercises bring about small tremors in your legs which grow slowly (in weeks) through your entire body, working up the spine. Although everybody would think its a body stress release, we know that the stress is being released from your brain. We explain these processes in our book. Of course these exercises reduce your tension and stress very well but you do need a therapist to help you to get rid of the root cause of the stress. In fact the combination of stress release and therapy works very well. Most people do the stress release every day during 30 minutes or longer before going to sleep. Some customers even got rid of their medication for sleeping. Since it is so fast and easy to do, it is working very well for everybody. So if you're ready to feel calm and relaxed again then let's do IT!

We decided to create an ebook since we want to update the book whenever new knowledge could help people to be more effective in Stress Release. So, get ready for more effective ways to reduce your stress.
