Elliott was furious. He pulled on his old, beat-up jeans, pausing to ruffle his hair in the hall mirror on the way out. For a guy in his mid-thirties, he looked good - or he would if he got some sleep now and again, he reflected. His dark brown hair was nice and thick and his hours in the gym had paid off, leaving him toned and taut, but not overbuilt. Only the laughter lines around his hazel eyes gave a clue as to his real age - but this morning, Elliott wasn't laughing.

He bounded up the steps, two at a time and hammered angrily on the door, the music even louder now he was standing just outside, with just the width of the door between him and the speakers. Eventually, he heard footsteps, and as the door started opening, Elliott started shouting.

"I asked you to turn your fucking music down. And you turned it up. I'm on night shift. I need to get to sleep"

"You didn't ask me to turn it down. You banged on the ceiling. That's different."

Elliott's response died on his lips as he took in the guy who was standing in the doorway.

Like him, he was shirtless and wearing just a pair of old jeans, and he was about the same height as Elliott.

The difference was that he had one of the hottest bodies Elliott had ever seen, with some awesome tattoos twisting around his biceps, which did everything to emphasize his perfect physique.

His black hair was shoulder-length and knotted into dreadlocks, and he had eyes that changed from dark blue to bright blue, depending on the way the sun flickering through the rooflight in the stairwell caught them. He had a silver ring in his nose and two more in each of his nipples.

"Well, I'm asking you to turn it down now," said Elliott weakly, turning to leave before the new guy realized he was staring at him.

"Say please."

Hot or not, this guy was starting to annoy him now, but as he reluctantly turned back, Elliott could see his eyes twinkling and his mouth curving into a smile.

He held up his hands.

"OK, so I was out of line not to come and ask nicely. I'm tired and stressed and it's making me irritable. If I say please, will you turn it down... please."

"Sure, no worries. On one condition."

"What condition?"

Elliott was desperate to say anything that would bring an end to this awkward encounter before the guy picked up on the fact that he was starting to flush and that his dick was beginning to stir in his jeans. Whatever game his new neighbor was playing, Elliott guessed he was all too aware of the effect his physical appearance was having on his hapless victim. The guy was virtually pumping out enough sexual energy to fill the stairwell several times over.

"That you come in for coffee. I'm new in town and I don't start work for another few days. I don't know anyone here. Please. My name's Rob."
