The Antichrist (German: Der Antichrist ) is a novel by the philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche, originally published in 1895. Although it was written in 1888, its controversial content made Franz Overbeck delay its publication, along with Ecce Homo.  The German title can be translated into English as both "The Anti-Christ" and "The Anti-Christian".
This edition has been formatted for your reader, with an active table of contents.  It has also been annotated, with extensive additional information about the book and its author, including an overview, content, title, information about Jesus, suppressed passages, biographical and bibliographical information.
