***This is a story about a town in conflict with itself!***, from within. There are three main groups in this  backward small otherwise insignificant townl competting for their place or dominance in the town.

The town MEN, pretty well call the shots in town, headed up by ***the Town Mayo***r (also a used car salesman), the local Clergyman (some think he IS the Devil personified), the Undertaker (this speaks for itself) and the local lone town Cop! The men run the town, they like it that way, and they want to keep it so!

The town WOMEN want to chalenge the men's dominance of the town, and they have some of the means to do it. They have ideas of their own and are prepared to use the men's dependance on them to further their goals...

The town KIDS, not to be outdone by anybody, the local kids have the energies to take on both groups given an excuse to do so. It could be fun, and they have the ability to get organized to do it.

The OPPORTUNITY presents itself on HALLOWEEN,  when each group can do their bit to achieve their own particular, if devious, ends. One night years ago, things got out of hand!

The story is set in the late 1940's.  But you wouldn't want to live in Hog's Hollow even today!
