The year is 1946. Carol has received a mysterious package from her father. It’s a package she treasures because it was the last thing he sent her. He died on an espionage flight over Finland, a flight he was not supposed to take. Now Carol is seeing blue demons at night, and they are not anything like her normal nightmares. They are telling her that the fate of the world is in her hands.

Special Investigator Nicholas Saint has been charged with the mission to discover what happened to Carol’s father and he can’t do it without the information Carol holds. The two of them are forced on an adventure together to the heart of Finland to find out just who or what these blue demons are, and what the Christmas present from Carol’s father means to them.
