This started out as a journal for personal healing; with the hope that maybe someday it would help someone else going through a similar crisis. When my husband was first diagnosed, hearing that someone had Pancreatic Cancer was an uncommon diagnosis. Now it seems as though every time you turn around someone else knows of someone who has been diagnosed with this horrible type of cancer. This is why I feel that my story is so significant at this time. There are so many families experiencing what we went through, and I really want them to know they are not alone. The experiences that are most difficult in life make us stronger and wont define who we are for the rest of our lives. With the help of family, and friends they will get through it too.
