Besides, drug abuse and alcohol abuse might lead to sexual abuse or molestation and teenage pregnancy as well as the commission of violent crimes. This paper is aimed at studying these factors for the benefit of the government, academe, church, organizations and other institutions, the members of which are advocates of helping teenagers who have problems on alcohol and drug abuse.
