Europe continues to be a hot-bed breeding ground for terrorists in the mid 21st century. While soft terrorism targets are plentiful, opposition to programming of the human genome is the focus of one fanatic group, the Alliance to Control Genetic Transgressions (ACGT) whose leader Alisa, a mysterious vindictive woman, is determined to eradicate the practice of cloning humans. Genetic genius Stephan Yates has discovered the secret of cloning human beings although the practice has been outlawed by every nation on Earth. Together with billionaire Goebel continues to explore the cloning process until a blazing fire puts a stop to Yates.
Not satisfied with stopping Yates, Alisa and her band of miscreants seek other easy targets, among which are the Chunnel – the underwater tunnel connecting England to France and the world famous meeting of the International Genetics Union. Standing in the way of the terrorists is a dubious SIG detective and another infuriated woman who bears an uncanny likeness to the terrorist leader.
