The Cognitive Effects of Head (Traumatic Brain Injury TBI)
“When a brain has been injured (severely) , there are always some lasting and lingering effects."
- me
“There is NO such thing as a person who had a 100% recovery from a serious head (brain injury). The brain has been damaged, and like all organ systems there is residual impairment.”
Just sharing some thoughts from my journey and my various blogs on this subject
Tags (key words): head injury, traumatic brain injury (TBI), cognitive effects, medical, medical information, neurology, My Story, An Open Book
“There is NO such thing as a person who had a 100% recovery from a serious head (brain injury). The brain has been damaged, and like all organ systems there is residual impairment.”
“Just because a brain has been damaged, does NOT necessarily have to affect the human mind…and so the quality and height of our thoughts!”
“Sharing, informing, educating, encouraging, empowering, igniting, uplifting (and perhaps even) inspiring”
