Directing an opera is examined as a kind of a practical applied philosophy. The objective borders of the philosophical context are outlined. The theoretical analysis develops further to the practical. The sphere of theory is leaved through the creation of work hypotheses for stage setting and begins a process of transference from authors intention to analogue decisions for interpretation.
