An artifact is stolen from the Israel Museum. An ancient cult abducts one woman and stalks another. In the middle of the night, Sidney Panes phone rings, thrusting her into the middle of it all. She has to figure out what the cult is after and follow two-thousand-year-old clues in order to find it, rescue a friend, and protect her daughter. Sid has to employ her knowledge of a specific period in history to decipher the clues that will take the kidnappers to sites once controlled by the Seleucid Empirefrom Antioch to Jerusalem. Theres only one problem: unearthing the lost Jewish treasure may bring more than one buried secret to light. And of course, all will be lost without Sidneys faith, copious amounts of coffee, and a serious epiphany.
