Chapter one sets the tone of a Legislative branch of elected idiots who have sold out honor and have done nothing to secure the laws they pass against the bias of the Judicial unelected few. The Judicial branch who kingly declares unconstitutional the work of hundreds of elected representatives. Nor has either branch shown, of late, any of the virtues set down by our founding fathers.
I ask you a simple question: How can we change rules if we had nothing to do with the rules/laws implemented into our judicial system? Correct me if I'm wrong but, it seems to me that our elected Legislative branch should oversee the conduct of those ruling our courts. They should actively pass laws which prevent lawyers and judges from abusing our legal system, thus acting as gods over the citizens of these free United States of America.
Following the first chapter, the ensuing six chapters illustrate some of the court abuses that are allowed to go unchecked.
