Humanity of Me is a collections of poems and artwork during a pivotal period in her life. Reaching the age of 25 recently, she felt a wave of uncertainly and angst, combined with feeling compelled to make deliberate decisions to change the course of her life. By finally going to therapy for sexual assault trauma, facing past demons, and taking more conscious time and effort on creative expression, she discovers and embraces her own humanity - a combination of flaws and scars, skills, and assets, hopes and dreams.

Through the pieces in this book as well as posts on her personal blog, General Point of View, she aims to internalize recent life lessons and reflections of per past, to treat herself, others and the world around her with greater compassion and never ending hope.
