The next three days went by with no trouble, and the ship was now in the Pacific Ocean.
It was Davidﾒs plan to visit some of the remote little Islands to stop and take the passengers ashore and let them sunbathe or skin dive or do what they had a mind to do.
David planned to stay overnight at three Islands this would give the passengerﾒs time to enjoy the Islandﾒs.
It was on the third night after the ship had moved into the Pacific Ocean.
David was sitting in his chair on the bridge when he spotted the Radio operator coming up the steps towards the bridge.
David turned to the sailor who was on the wheel of the ship and said. ﾑ'Oh no I hate it when Jack comes along with a sheet of paper in his hand; it usually means trouble for me.ﾒ
ﾑAye Captain, but it might only be a message for one of the passenger's.ﾒ
ﾑWell we will soon find out.ﾒ
The Radio operator opened the bridge door and saw the look on Davidﾒs face and said. ﾑI know sir but itﾒs my job to bring you the news if itﾒs bad or good.ﾒ
ﾑI know Jack so what is it.ﾒ
ﾑWell sir itﾒs a weather forecast and itﾒs not good.ﾒ
ﾑOk Jack whatﾒs the worst.ﾒ
ﾑWell sir we have a hurricane heading straight for us, it will hit us about ten tonight and sir according to the forecast itﾒs a very bad one.ﾒ
David said. ﾑThatﾒs all we need, "well we had better be ready for it, on your way back to the Radio shack Jack go tell Mr Wells to come see me, then you had better go back and keep glued to your Radio, and let me know if thereﾒs any changes.ﾒ
ﾑAye sir.ﾒ
About five minutes later James came onto the bridge and said.ﾒ
ﾑHi David, and I know Jack told me.ﾒ
