The Journey of Annie C. Parker AKA “Aunt Nigs” Memoir

Nigs was born a unique individual, the type that shares love wherever she traveled. The inspiration and love she shows toward her home, church, as well as the community, was her way of living up to the meaning of her name and so much more. She made herself available to help whoever needed her help. She shared a profound inner desire to use her abilities in leadership and to have the personal independence to take care of herself and a family that struggle to survive in the hardest time for African American’s people.
