She typically had three rooms rented out for the whole year but it was the one Special room she took the greatest care in "renting" out. This was the room that had last been occupied by Javier and he was very skilled at paying his rent just the way Janice liked it. sadly, Javier was now gone and it was time to find an able-bodied replacement.
