It is a story of a nutcracker that leaves a special heart-shaped walnut at each child’s bedside every Christmas eve.  The walnut is a reminder of the love GOD gave when HE gave the baby Jesus to the world.  The legend goes, that the shell being cracked open by the child was to remind them that the moment the baby Jesus was born sin was going to be broken and cast away and no more.  And the heart shaped nut inside represents the love GOD gave when HE gave HIS only son to the world.  The only rule for the nutcracker was he was not to be seen while leaving this nut for the child or he would lose his magic GOD gave him.  In the nutcracker’s over confidence, he does get seen by a curious little girl named Eve.  Not only does he loose his magic, but he gets trapped here on Earth in Eve’s house.  During his sadness, Grant the nutcracker takes on the appearance of a skeleton.  He wears his sorrow all over his body in this way.  Eve feels guilty she has ruined Christmas and Grant feels the same!  It is a story of forgiveness, faith, and finding ones path back to GOD!  In a setting of the most beloved time of the year!
