Jack Lord and Belle had been asked to help the FBI with a dangerous assignment. They of course accepted and had to meet agent Louis at Hotel Royal. Louis to start with explaining that two agents had already been killed, when on this same assignment. Sounds like a challenge, said Jack as he looked at Belle. Where is it, and what are the bad guys doing? asked Belle as she nodded her head, They are selling locally grown weed, explained Louis and all the farmers in the area are protecting the Marijuana distributor. Well, started Belle, then Jack and I have to get up there and grow our own weeds. A wonderful idea, would you Jack accept that we bought you an old farm, and you started to grow marijuana up there? Of course, I would, those two that were killed, were they family men? Yeas Jack, both of them had wife and children. Tomorrow you'll fly up to Chicago, and from there we will supply you with a car and everything you might need. The trip up to Chicago went without any problems, and arriving there they were given a Land Rover and a large envelope with all the information they needed, together with the title for their farm. It took ten hours to reach the farm. Belle didn't like the look of it, but the inside was modern. Jack put the car and everything they didn't need right away, in the barn. One of their neighbors, a man that called himself Steven welcomed them to the area. And as Jack let him have a look at the weed they had, Steven congratulated them on the good quality weed they brought with them. The store, as well as the entire weed business, were run by two brothers, Rick and Pedro, where Pedro was the bad apple. It took Jack some fast talking, but he succeeded to get in the good book with Pedro, and with help from his ability to hear if someone isn't telling the truth, he managed to get Pedro in a situation where FBI could send him away for a life sentence.
