The Promise

A Pennsylvania Amish community’s serenity is shattered when someone targets newlyweds, Katie and Mark Miller.  Katie had been married to her childhood love Samuel but he died a year earlier. Now Katie faces losing her second husband. Someone is not just stalking this young couple, but seems to kill them as well. She’s determined it can’t be God’s will she loses two husbands in nearly two years and promises she will do everything within her power to save his life.

Mark sees the pain etched in his love’s face. He knows he could never take the place of Katie’s true love, but the truth is as childhood friends, he had always loved her. He promises to love her enough to erase the pain. But first he has to keep her alive.
