“The Pumpkin Who Dared to Dream” is a story about a special pumpkin who dreams of becoming a pumpkin princess and going places. She hopes that someday she will be able to leave the pumpkin field and see the other parts of the world. She is ridiculed and envied by other pumpkins on the field for having her dreams. Despite mean remarks the special pumpkin doesn’t give up on her dreams. One day she is taken by a little girl from the pumpkin field. When the little girl discovers the pumpkin can speak, she makes a deal with her. The pumpkin will dress as a pumpkin witch for the Halloween and then she can become a pumpkin princess.
This is a short story for children of any age teaching the importance of working hard to achieve your goals.
