This is a question which will no doubt cross his readers' minds as Angus Shoor Caan switches on his webcam and allows access into both his personal and business life as a small time celebrity with an adoring, albeit sometimes somewhat off-beat, fan club. He entertains with candid humour as he recounts his daily communications with his audience - a colourful array of characters, including a creature of questionable Canine descent who pushes himself into the picture until he inveigles himself into the very heart of the reader. The sometimes ditzy lives revealed on the other side of the cam, laced with a goodly supply of sex, drugs and 'rock'n roll', capture the imagination; and the delightful everyday touches of realism providing the backdrop to these people give an authenticity which cannot fail to make one wonder: can they indeed be real people described here? Funny, no holds barred, definitely different, and sometimes very moving, The Reader cannot fail to intrigue and generate a curiosity as to what the outcome will be for the lives portrayed on the other side of the cam - let alone for The Reader himself. Where are they heading? Where is he heading? Who are these people; where are they from? Are any of them real, or are they purely figments of a vivid imagination? To titillate the mind and get one wondering, Angus Shoor Caan says it all. He sure can !
