The Madam in the multi-million-dollar Penthouse in Seattle receives a call from a phone in Asia. Problems have arisen, is it possible she can help? Her private 757 leaves Seattle within the hour.
Landing in Hong Kong she drives out to meet with high Chinese officials. The problem they have is related to oil drilling in Mongolia and missionary work going on there.
The fear of losing face at all levels of the government including members of the Central Committee is a grave situation. Could she help here?
She next visits her former business associates and learns of their difficulties. Their private venture has become also entangled in the oil and worse with the TONG. For safety she changes modes of transportation to return to her plane and leaves for the night.

A strange death in Hong Kong is followed by one in Seattle. Rage appears at the scene of the crime and is ready to solve it.
The Chief of Detectives has only seen two similar deaths in his many years in Seattle.
Will Rage find the underlying cause of this one and solve the case?
