You may have read The Wizard of Oz before but you never read a rendition like this.

Dorothy decides to write a diary while she's being swept across the land on top of a tornado. She started writing it so anyone who found her body when the house crashed would learn how she was killed.

Of course she wasn't killed and she keeps us up to date as she wanders through the Land of Oz trying to find a way home.

Dorothy has a lot of attitude. You'll see that for yourself when you read her diary.

She runs into the Scarecrow and the Tin man and the Lion and decides she needs to give them nicknames to make it easier to talk to them. She and Toto and Dude and Woody and King share an adventure of a lifetime.

There are plenty of pictures in here to keep you entertained.

The author wrote this book for kids and young adults. It wouldn't be a surprise if many adults enjoy this rendition of the popular classic.
