The Xenophobe

In the steamy heat of Southeast Asia, Cambodia is a hotbed of development, as capitalism takes hold. When disgraced CIA officer Andrew Shaw visits Cambodia on a low-level mission, he uncovers a Khmer Rouge plot to destroy the expatriate community, including thousands of Americans. Angered by Cambodia's direction, a former Khmer Rouge guard named Hakk seeks to reignite Pol Pot's vision to close the country's borders and expel the foreign vermin. Shaw must act quickly to stop the deadly scheme. As the seconds tick by, the country's past comes back to haunt it and Shaw might be too late...
