Their Animal Side

Allie is ready to go home. She is tired and quite frankly done with dealing with people who don’t understand how to correctly raise their pets for the day. On her way out of her veterinary practice, Allie is approached by her assistant and told that there is an emergency; a man has brought in a dog that he has found that needs immediate medical attention. Allie is prepared to stay at work a little later if it means helping a dog in critical condition, but what she isn’t prepared for is falling for the dogs rescuer, a tall, sexy black man by the name of Levon Haines.
Levon Haines knows first hand what it feels like to be abandoned and underestimated. He promises himself that he will take care of this dog and give her a life of love and respect. He takes the dog to Allie in order to get her some help, but he never expected to fall for the beautiful Asian veterinarian. After spending weeks at Allies office checking in on his newly adopted dog Xena, Levon gains the courage to ask Allie to come over for dinner in order to thank her for all of her help. The dinner begins with good intentions, but may reveal to each of them an animal side that neither knew they had.
