When I started out I had the same issue and because I have had literally hundreds of women tell me this when we first sit down together for a consultation or through email before I start coaching them. It’s not a problem for you anymore because if you follow the advice and guidance that I have here for you, the results will happen. I know this because I have had to learn what works with years and years of trial and error, honing and perfecting protocols and getting in tune through the personalized experience of getting females in great shape. It’s unfortunate that the mainstream advice that is given, is so wrong, and often quite the opposite to what will transform your body. You’re force fed (pardon the pun) that you need to be cutting calories, counting calories to get in shape, your training needs to be high in repetitions and involves lots of slow, boring cardiovascular work such as jogging, and then there’s the old “pilates to tone up”. The truth is, these are all lies. The fitness industry especially the competitive physique industry is RUINING women. It’s RARE these days to find a female that has competed in a show that hasn’t been fucked up by a coach using a cookie cutter approach and driving their clients into the ground with the same mantra. So do yourself a favor: Follow through and use the advice, guidance and tactics that I have for you.
