Basic facts include but not limited to; follow your prescription as advised by your health provider, do not eat any form protein for supper or dinner, eat a large meal in the morning, always make sure half of your plate is vegetables, exercise regularly, lose weight if you are overweight, see a psychologist if you are suffering from emotional stress, laugh, dance and live your life like there is no tomorrow.
