Soleira Green interviewed by Psychiatrist Dr Nicholas Beecroft. Soleira is a global visionary and co-founder of the Visionary Network. She is an expert in unleashing human potential, helping people to align with their highest purpose and super connecting to consciousness. She works with individuals, groups and businesses as a trainer, coach, speaker and event host. Soleira has written 15 books including Living Consciousness, New Visionaries, The Alchemical Coach and the Evolution of Everything. Many people talk about these subjects but Soleira and her colleagues have distilled a great deal of practical wisdom into simple how-to guides, manuals and tools. 

In this interview Soleira describes her highest vision for the future of Western and global civilization. She believes that we are on an inevitable path to becoming one global civilization; interconnected and vibrant. She sees lots of evidence that people are increasingly choosing to unleash their own full potential and that this works the best when they are in service of the highest collective goals. This is happening across all generations globally and particularly so amongst the young. She describes how we can avoid the sources of resistance and frustration both internal and external. She believes that our energy is best spent not in resisting those things we dislike or in fighting existing structures but rather by letting them be and creating better structures, better ideas and successful ventures which then allow the old problems to fall away. She discusses how this might apply to individuals who currently feel powerless or trapped inside old-fashioned systems. 

Soleira describes how we can access different states of consciousness. She believes that our consciousness is connected, in fact, super-connected to a wider consciousness shared with others right from the interpersonal space to the cosmic level. She works with companies and other organizations to optimize the different aspects of their consciousness to help credit fields within which everyone can align in service of their personal and higher goals. She discusses how this may apply to individuals, healthcare, the financial system and education.
