If you have reached a point in your life, like I did some time ago, where you are asking questions like: what is my purpose? What is the purpose of others? What’s the point of our existence? Why I am here? Then this book is for you. I asked all these questions and many more over the years, so I read books, searched the internet, spoke with ‘spiritual’ people, joined various groups, meditated, but no answers and no information quite satisfied me. I just knew I was here for a reason, but could never find or understand what it was; this led to immense frustration, as I just felt I had forgotten my purpose. I lived an ordinary life (still do), with many of the struggles we all find ourselves facing and whilst embroiled in overcoming these day-to-day struggles, my search for truth and purpose faded, until years later life gave me a ‘slap’. My reasonably comfortable life was turned upside down through a personal experience and the result set me off again on my quest for answers. A lot older and a little wiser, with the same burning questions I took up my search. There was so much conflicting information on the Internet, so many platforms and groups exposing the ‘truth’, so many opinions; it all began to overwhelm me with more questions than I had answers. In the end, internally, something just screamed ‘Stop, stop!’ The voice within telling me that I was looking in the wrong place, as I was always searching for answers from an outside source, the only truth is what we can find within ourselves, my source, only then will I truly understand. I turned my focus within, contemplating life, this world, other worlds, time, other dimensions and every time I thought I had the answer I would ask myself again and again, stripping away layers like peeling an onion. It wasn’t easy, but I knew my truth was there waiting to be rediscovered. The following contemplations are from my journey to awaken my soul, to wake up to what is happening within and to what is happening around you. We all have a part to play in this collective journey of truth, so mankind can rise up, break the shackles of fear and be free from the terrible forces that want to keep us all controlled. If you really want to wake up, then read on and use these contemplations in your search, as sharing this with you is my journey and one of the reasons for me being here at this very important time. This is not a book to just read, as the message will be lost. What follows is a series of contemplations, each one to be read on its own and then reflected on quietly. It may require each one to be read more than once so you can truly connect with it, for as you read the words, thoughts will be inspired, feelings may stir, a sense of something different may be ‘felt’ inside of you. The connection between brain and heart is significant, your brain will read the words and you must let your heart connect with the feelings from them. Let the words mix with your own feelings and thoughts, for if you are reading this you have already reached a point where you want to understand more about yourself and this physical reality we have chosen to experience After writing each one I would read it back and reflect on it. Some of them I had to read many times to try and begin to understand, before I could reflect. Each one answered some questions but raised even more, a path to true enlightenment. What you experience, is your experience.
